The Library of Daf Reactions (TLDR)

One of the core missions of Daf Reactions is the democratization of Jewish learning. Over the years, I’ve often recommended books and resources that some members of this community have struggled to access due to cost.

To help address that, I’m thrilled to be launching The Library of Daf Reactions (TLDR), a new initiative created in collaboration with Rabbi Art Gould, who shares a deep commitment to this work.

TLDR is designed to connect learners with the books and resources I recommend to continue their Jewish learning journeys, making access a little more possible and a lot more communal.

Each book has either already been featured in a “Jewish Book Reactions” video, or will soon!

How Does this work?

Request a book from the list below, by emailing books@thelibraryofdafreactions.com.

  • Include your name, and your physical address that we will ship the book to. (This information will not be shared with anyone else.)

Receive, read, and return the book:

Open the box carefully and save the box! (you will use the box to return the book.) Inside the box you will find:

  • The book you requested

  • A set of post-its – Please use these to take notes as you read, please do not write in the book itself :-)

  • A return label – put the return label over the shipping label immediately; save the box for when it is time to return the book.

Available books

Books are available for a 4 week loan (but you can get a 2 week extension if you need it! Please let us know.)
